League Information
At UA Flag Sudbury, we’re about more than flag football. We’re about showing up, for your child, their future and our community. When we're present, they feel seen. When their passion is fueled, they grow with purpose.
Together, we create impact that lasts beyond the field. This fall, be part of something bigger.
There are three divisions your child can compete in: 1. RISE (house league with the perfect dose of healthy competition), 2. NEXT (higher level of competition for advanced athletes), and last but certainly not least, 3. All GIRLS league for girls-only competition.
Available Programs:
Ages: 5 yrs – 13 yrs.
Our flagship signature program offers individual players the chance to learn, play, and grow in a supportive environment. Focused on fun and foundational skills, this program is perfect for players of all experience levels who want to build friendships and enjoy the game. Using the UA RISE rulebook. Players can have one friend request. No full teams or large friend groups.
Ages: 14 yrs – 17 yrs.
Ready to take it to the next level? UA NEXT is for teams and free agents seeking competitive play. Whether you’re a full team looking to compete or an individual experienced player wanting to push yourself in a high-level league, this is where growth and competition collide. Using the Football Canada rulebook. Full/Partial teams and friend groups welcome.
