

The Volunteer Coordinator will recruit, train, and manage volunteers for our youth flag football events. You will work closely with the community to ensure a positive volunteer experience. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- 2+ years in volunteer management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage volunteers.
- Background in youth sports.
- Event planning experience.
